This card is really pretty with multiple Decoupage layers, please look through the photos so you can see the detail. I really enjoyes making this card, it took a little longer than aticipated but is so pretty it made up for it.
If you are un-familiar with decoupage it is a technique that you build multiple layers up to created a 3D topper
Everything i make is unique i never make 2 identical projects. Completely One Of A Kind.
