A customer at a craft fair i did early last year loved one of the fairy cards i had made, she explained that she loved to decoupage but due to arthritus she couldnt cut the bits out anymore... since then i have been selling toppers at my craft fairs that the fiddly bits have already been done. You still get to be creative with the card once you have mounted the topper.....
I have listed these 2 toppers on Ebay to see if there is anyone else how there who needs ready made decoupage
